How & what is needed for case replacement?

"What parts and tools do I need for a 'do-it-yourself' repair of the following items?"

1. Keyboard palm rest plastic has broken away at upper lid contact points.

2. Hinge plastic has cracked through on either side of connection to upper lid.

3. Lower case has cracked through at rear screws on either side of hinge.

4. Lower case has stress fractures underside along rear vent.
