Apple Logo Cycling (unique)

I received this phone (iPhone 5c) from a customer who bought it from a former employee. He had the phone for 24hrs and it stopped charging. So he brought it in and we changed the battery and charge port. The phone then powered up and he received the phone back.

Unfortunately when he got home he realized it wouldn't charge anymore. It slowly lost power. We tried more batteries and charge ports but now it continues to cycle on the apple screen (only when its plugged in). The phone does absolutely nothing when there is no power cord connected.

I managed to get the phone into recovery mode between the cycles and attempted a recovery. I kept getting an error code (22). I renamed the Host file on windows32 trick. I tried it on 2 computers with 2 different charging cables. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled them. I tried going into (RUN) and restarting the services. I tried using various iPhone recover soft wares (tinyumbrella, Redsnow, etc... ).

For a time the phone was stuck in recovery mode, but Leawo ISO data recovery kicked it out of that mode and back into the cycle. I am now having a hard time putting it back into recovery mode (if that will even help). The other programs mentioned above wouldn't eve recognize the device.

NOTE: He mentioned within that 24hr period he did do a software update.

I just want to give this customer an answer as to what exactly the issue is.

Thanks,

Chace -

It seems like you are having a hardware issue and it will not be solved by software. If you are 100% sure to have checked working batteries then check for any knocked off components around the charging port and battery connector area
