Deactivating every time ...

My Iphone5 deactivates all of a sudden , then needs to activate it again to access the apps and messaging features .

Why does this keep happening ?

you mean automatically disabled your iPhone? and you need to restore via iTunes to use it back?

Yes exactly, it automatically gets Disabled, and then needs to restore through itunes. And gets way too hot without even using it.

Hello Yen Momo ,

i guess your touchpad automatically functioning and iPhone pics wrong inputs like your attempt to unlock it. i guess that is the reason to disable your iPhone.

can you observe any liquid damage ?

Here you can find teardown guide. see step 11 and try to re-fix the flex cables related to touchpad
