BLU Life One Phone doesnt display any mobile networks

My Blu Life One froze for no apparent reason while on charge. I tried to lock and restart it but nothing worked. So i disconnected the connector from the bored which shut the phone off and i was able to restart it. but since the phone was unable to pick up or display any mobile networks, what can i do to resolve this?
