An iPhone 6 has 2 microphones, the one in the bottom is used for normal voice calls, shazam etc...

The other one is on the top next to the front camera (it is one assembly with the camera, sensors and earspeaker cable).

replacing that assembly could solve the problem.

Try a new front camera.

I had the same problem too. The store replaced my iPhone 6. Now after 4 months, the new replacement is having the same problem again. Maybe this is a mishap of iPhone 6 units.

Maybe the anti dust mesh is not lined up correctly...which means every time you install an new camera even though it's working it's being cancels because it's not aligned in the phone correctly..what I would do is take the screen out and take the camera and earpiece out and check and see if you could see both holes one being small and one being bit larger.

I would check not only out side but inside to make sure it looks aligned
