MacBook Pro will not boot up

My Macbook Pro Support thinks it is the hardrive, I get a "Computer Eligibility" error message when I try to reinstall the OS X.

Interesting issue. Could you please tell us the history of the machine, where you got it and your complete serial number so we can check it. Also why you are doing a system reinstall. What hard drive (make and model number) you are trying to install, what prep and how you did the format on the drive.
