Trying to identify a part

Hi,

The black plastic piece covering the hinges and the cords connecting the display to the body is badly cracked. I think this is leading to stress on the wiring leading to my wifi card. I want to replace that piece, but cannot locate it. Is it part of the display assembly? Or is it a separate piece?
