Why does my BLU Phone 7.0 keep saying Sim illegal popup

Everytime i put in my sims card to my blu 7.0 phone it keeps saying SIM ILLEGAL POPUP then shuts off after i press ok i put the sims card back into my old blu phone and it works but wont work for my 7.0 what do i do?
