Dell optical mouse WM123 is not working, No Led is coming up

When i connect the USB to my laptop, my Mouse is not coming up.

Answer this question I have this problem too

yes it does. logitech mouse works.

how about your existing mouse? does it shows up in device manager?

What is the device that you are connecting that isn't working? are you saying when you connect the said device, your mouse then stops working? are the USB ports next to each other? More info please.
