Whirlpool ADP A CLASS ADP 4305 Dishwasher not wanting to start.

My dishwasher is not starting, it is giving 1 flash every time it is trying to start. I can hear a motor trying to start.

The tap is open. I checked all the hosing pipes - no leaks found.

I managed to powered on the dishwasher with the door open to investigate more - I can see that the water is filling up slowly in the hole where the filter goes and little bit of water is coming out by the outlet when it tries to start.

Heating Element

The heating element heats up the water to operating temperature. If the water doesn’t reach the proper temperature after a set amount of time, a light on the control panel might start flashing. To determine if the heating element has burned out, use a multimeter to test it for continuity. If the heating element does not have continuity, replace it.
