Looks like a diode :-) It'll help if you tell us what logic board 820-XXXX you have and give us a picture that shows where the component is located in relation to the board.

magid, that is reference designator D6990 which is a BAT30CWFILM diode in a SOT-323 package. It comes of your AC adapter and is part of your PPBUS_G3H line. I'd be concerned about the reason why it blew up.....
