iPhone 6 not charging or turning on

Ok so client handed us a iPhone 6 to look which he dropped in the bath.

Board has been cleaned with isopropanol 99% and have changed the battery and charging port and still no life.

Tried plugging into PC and no response on pc or phone itself. Mains power plug does nothing at all.

Any suggestions ?

Thanks

Jessa just did a great video on water damage for iFixit. The simple answer is: There is no simple answer for water damage. Unless you are able to follow the steps in this video, its really not worth dealing with water damage. There are just too many rabbit holes to go down.

An no power iPhone 6 after water damage almost certainly has a short on VCC_Main. Replace the phone unless it has important data on it, then consider data recovery first.

I think the charging port may has accumulated a lot of debris or dirt. I suggest you clean it out and see if it will work for you. If it continue to happen, might wan to check out this guide for further instructions.
