Sorry to say that is probably because of the outdated flash storage thats used on the phone. After rewriting over the same amount of storage for so long eventually the speed degrades a bit. I mean as long as the phone works your fine. My girlfriend has the same issue phones in perfect out and inside condition, but the storage is super slow.
