Strange vertical lines after lcd+digitizer change

I broke my lg g2 screen. so i ordered (not original) lcd+digitizer from ebay.

The outcome was these strange vertical lines ..

Faulty lcd or something else?

Options

Nick Vallianatos, make sure that you double check your work. Check the LCD flex and the connector. Make sure that they are properly seated and that the pins are not bend or broken. Ultimately it looks like a bad panel and contact the vendor for a replacement
