agitator is to high and want drain water
Agitator is seems to high. Washer spins and drains some water, but socks and face towels get caught under the agitator. clothes still soak and wet.

leahcrenshaw, take a look at this video and see if you can take the agitator out. Take lots of pictures and post with your question. It is possible that you are having a broken agitator or a damaged shaft.

leahcrenshaw65 did you recently work on your agitator? Do you have a model number? Something with a 110.XXXXXX or similar?
