Touch Screen Not working

So I just went ahead and replaced my mainframe since it was damaged.

I removed the screen without any issues, removed the logic board, replaced everything back. But for some reason, my touch screen is now not working. You can see everything fine on the screen. The screen works, but touchscreen is not. I tried the 1 minute power-hold technique almost 3-4 times. But nothing happens. Any reason why this would happen?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Check the back panel of the screen, sometimes just reheat that part solve the problem.

If this don´t work check for any damage in the components or broken solder.

I have checked all my components and they are undamaged. Is the back part you referring to, the copper foil?

i refer to the flex ribbon in the back if the screen yes, the touch screen conector is on the right side of it. If there is no damage in there you must replace the hole lcd

It appears that I have torn the touch sensor flex cable completely from opening the phone.

Is there any way to replace just the sensor without changing the entire lcd. I found the replacement part here: http://g02.a.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1_YdWKXXXX...

its possibly but required a high skill whit the heat gun.
