Screen is cracked, but still works, Can I just replace the glass?

DO I need a new digitizer? Its very expensive, at that price, I would just sell as is. But new glass seems to be 10 bucks on ebay.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

The glass and display are fused together on these. It is possible - and even easier than in the likes of the iPhones (or any phone with a backlit display) as this one uses an OLED panel.

This means that provided you get far enough to bond your new glass to the display, your LOCA glue won't get behind the backlight and ruin all your efforts.

Still, it all takes time, patience, skill and all the right equipment - if you aren't familiar with all this, you are better off taking the plunge and buying the full display unit, or, like you say, just sell it as it is.

If you really wanted to - you could write the phone off entirely. Then use it to experiment on and try to do the front glass. You'll never succeed on the first attempt (if you do, i'll buy you a beer) but you will learn a whole lot.
