So I installed an ssd into the optical bay. Now what?

Today I successfully installed an ssd into my mac's optical bay using this tutorial .

I want to use the ssd for booting up my mac and using applications, while the old hard drive is just used for storage. How do I go about this?

First put the SSD into the hard drive space and the old drive into the optical bay, (faster BUS). Boot the machine up and use Disk Utilities to format it. Next download SuperDuper. Use SuperDuper to clone your old drive onto the new one. http://www.shirt-pocket.com/SuperDuper/S...

Now reboot holding down the Option key and select the SSD. Now you have two systems. Put your items for storage onto the old drive. Use the new drive for system and applications.
