Broken iPad 3 LCD plug in strip ...HELP ME!

So....

I was working on a iPad 3 wifi at work in my free time...(I work at a phone reapair store in my home town) and i've never fixed an iPad before. I was on this website following the repair guide for an iPad 3 and I seem to have broken the retaining strip and some of the plug in "prongs" have fallen off and I cannot what-so-ever plug back in the LCD. I really need some answers to see if i can ever salvage whats left of this iPad. Answers and help are needed and I will be ever so GRATEFUL.

It is fairly common on this ipad model for that connector to break. This connector can be replaced. It requires micro soldering experience.

It can likely be repaired by someone who is skilled in Micro soldering. If you are located in the US , try ifixit user Jessa Bethany , she may be able to help.
