My first power supply adapter for my Late 2011 MBP worked for about 2+ years, but then it stopped working. I bought a new one and that worked for about 4-6 months but then that one suddenly stopped working. No red or green lights come on when I connect the power supply adapter to the Mac. What could be causing them to fail?

What country are you in and how old and reliable is the wiring>
