LCD shows only green and white bars. What is broken?

hi,

recently i replaced the lcd screen on my iphone 5s and now it only shows green and white bars but no ios features at all! nevertheless they change a bit while i am in lock screen for example. (i assume that i am there.) it happened after i had to reopen the phone because of some leftover white bars after reassembly with the new display (ios showed up in between). the display unit popped up fast in an unexpected way and i think that struggled the connectors.

so my question is: can you tell me if that action broke the lcd screen or if the problem is the connector on the logic board?

julianlang, looks like a bad connector. Take a closer look at it and check the pins, make sure they are not bend or broken. That goes for the logic board and the cable connector. Hopefully it is on the LCD part so that a new assembly will fix it. If it is on the logic board part, you 'll need to find somebody who could replace it
