Hello,
I replaced the front glass panel on the iPad mini. After I tried to turn it on I saw streaks on the display and the apple logo was blurred. I reopened all and checked all cable connections. All were connected properly.
Also if I try to slide the screen keeps black only the first lines at the top are moving.
Do you have any ideas what I can do?

If the display was fine before doing the repair check the connectors for any damage. Both on the digitizer and LCD.
Also look around the area where the connectors connect to the board and see if you can notice any damaged components. If everything looks fine you may have damaged the LCD during the repair.

This symptom is usually a sign of water damage. Could the device have gotten damp when the glass was damaged?
Did you replace the screen and digitizer with the glass? This is usually a good idea as damage to the glass usually results in damage to the screen below. Also it is hard to remove the old glass without damaging the ribbon.
