Does any MacBook support M.2 M-Keyed SSD's?
Is there any MacBook is supporting M.2 M-Key SSD (i.e. Samsung SM951)?

Sadly no, Apple has used a few different SSD blades across their systems. The early models used a custom mSATA unit. The newer models use a custom PCIe SSD.
