Why my iPod does not start
Despite keeping MENU and centre button pressed for a while,iPod does not start.Only shows iPod sad sketchwith ipod support ID.

the sad face icon shows that the hard drive died
to get it to work again you have to replace the ipod.
what ipod generation do you have? 3rd or 5th gen.?
