Why is my Camera and Led light not working?

I cracked my phone and I went to get it repaired. When I came back, the screen looked great. Until I got home and noticed that my camera was starting to be faulty. Now I'm here. My rear camera does not work at all, nor does my led light (no more walking in the dark). Help please!

One of the connectors could have come loose during reassembly or damaged during disassembly.
