Is there a cheaper way to fix a few unresponsive keys?

I spilt a bit of beer on the keyboard of my MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011 last week and ever since then the R, 4 and F4 keys have been unresponsive. I never realized how annoying it would be to have only a few keys unavailable until now since I have to copy and paste the R and 4 so often...

I need to have this problem fixed so I was wondering what has to be done and how much it would cost to fix it at the apple store?

If it's pricy should I attempt the surgery myself or should I take it to some local computer tech who would be less likely to mess something up?

Thanks for you time,

Nick

Apple will replace the whole upper case. You can replace just the keyboard with a couple of hours of labor and around $30 for the part.
