I broke an component of my iPhone's motherboard but I don't know the specs of this...
Can anyone tell me which components is this, and any substitutes?

leobhxp, that is reference designator U21-RF It is the MURATA-TBD 824-2170MHZ 0402 package and appears to be one of Murata's "Chip Multilayer LC Filters (BPF)". Something like this most likely. It is a tricky part to come by.
