First unplug the machine for 5 minutes to allow it to reseat. Check the breaker box and reset them to insure you are getting power to it. Let us know your results or any codes you get.
UPDATE use a multimeter to check the outlets. The dryer should be 220 Volt and the washer 110 volts.
