Why outgoing call failed, while incoming, 3G data, SMS working fine

i have Iphone 5S with IOS 8.4.1 ,after installing 8.4.1 music patch , out going call getting failed, while all other things working fine(incoming call, SMS, 3G data) all working fine,

while i travel in roaming , and automating network switches to other network carier, outgiong calls as well working fine there, but not in home network(airtel india)

i tried to date change manually and show my caller id setting followed by restart as well , but no luck, still no outgoing

Options

Have you contacted your network about the issue? It may be on their side. If you have everything backed up try a factory reset of the phone, something may not have written correctly during the update, a reset should correct that.

Also I assume you have tried powering the phone down for a minute then powering it on again? Sometimes that actually can help.
