How to repair water damaged phone?

Heavy rain is pouring while my Sony Ericsson J10i2 phone is still in my pocket. It was exposed to moisture and I wasn't able to power on. But when the charger is connected it powers on but still some keypads won't work.

Mark Anthony Arellano as with any other phone the first thing you want to do is to stop turning it on, charging it, trying to sync it etc. This can potentially make a bad situation worse. Whatever your decide on doing, do not use rice. Remove the battery and disassemble your phone. Then you will need to clean it properly using this guide. It was written for an iPhone 3G but all the points still apply to your phone as well. Once it is properly cleaned '''replace the battery" reassemble and re-evaluate. With a new battery and properly cleaned, you will have a good starting point should any further trouble shooting be necessary. If you have access to an ultrasonic cleaning then go that route. While you clean your phone look for any obvious damaged components etc. Do not forget to clean all connectors properly as well. Hope this helps, good luck.
