After dropping my phone the screen is completely unresponsive. Text messages still appear and all of the buttons still work but it no longer responds to touch. I have already tried turning it completely off using the sleep/wake and home button, I have also tried simply letting it rest and still no luck, what should I do?

Take the screen off and make sure the touch connection is still secured down. If not reseat the connections for the screen and see if it works.
