screws on motherboard cross threaded-unable to remove

2 screws on the motherboard have been cross threaded-turning freely instead of coming out-the philips head on the top of one is almost non existant. have tried levering up whilst unscrewing and using magnet-nothing. screw next to antenna and screw next to vibrate. can't get the mother board out!

if i have a problem like this - i use a small flat head screwdriver as a lever. another possible thing would be a nail-scissor.

forget about the philips head - use a slightly larger flat head screwdriver for that!
