I can not get in to Windows
I have a password on my laptop that I do not know what it is is tjeir any way that I can by pass that

Power off laptop, power on, hold F8, a diagnostics menu will appear, select safe mode. When wondows loads Administrator account should appear with no password. If it does have a password or the Administrator account doesn't appear, you can use a boot disc to edit the password to nothing, for example http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/

That is a BIOS password or a Windows password? what make and model Laptop?

Is it a BIOS password or a Windows user password? To remove the BIOS password you might have to remove a battery for a while. While it's super easy to remove a lost Windows user password. Just boot from PCUnlocker Live CD and you can delete the password in no time.
