Hello everyone, I have a big problem with my 5s. in the call I can not hear anything from them earpiece or even putting it on speaker. All the parts work, the speakerphone works well listening to music and more. The problem occurs only during the call. Can someone please help me???

You can try to format the iPhone to see if there is a problem of operating system.
You tried changing every flex? Perhaps one is giving a short circuit on the motherboard.
If it did not work, then the problem is on the motherboard, you'll have to find some qualms technician for motherboard.
