Not reading internal hard drive

My Macbook isn't reading my internal hard drive. I changed the hard drive and tested it on an external hard drive reader, so I know it's not the hard drive itself. I also changed the hard drive cable. Still no luck. How do I repair this problem?

Hard drive works from an external drive, so this isn't the problem.
