iPhone 4s missing part

iv recently replace my iphone4s screen & when I got it it didn't include the little tiny metal guard thing that's on the earpiece & I guess it's there so no dust gets in. I wanna know what the part is called so I can buy it. Please help.

Why would you not just peel it off the old screen assembly and move it? earpiece speaker grille?

I threw it away I took the screen of before I put the new one on.
