iPad Air smartcase doesn't work correctly after digitizer replacement

after an iPad Air digitizer replacement, the smartcase doesn't work correctly. The Lock and unlock function is ok, but if i turn the smartcase completly around and the Smartcase contacts the rear of the iPad Air, it locks the screen. So I tried it with another iPad Air, that was never repaired before. That works correctly and the smartcase doesn't lock the screen when it contacts the rear of the iPad Air. Because of a broken digitizer i opened the second iPad Air and tried it again after lifting up the digitizer. I just seperate the digitizer from the rearpanel and at this moment there is the same problem. Does anyone knows what the digitizer (or the seperating of the digitizer from the rear panel) has to do with the lock/unlock function of the smartcase? Or a solution to this problem?
