Displays properly only while being flexed.

Hey All,

Late 2009 macbook boots, but the display is freezing, output to external monitor displays but freezes with built in.

****IF, you place your thumb near the top of the inside left side bezel, with fingers on the outside of top, applying firm, but reasonable pressure clockwise ( to the "x" axis of the top) everything works fine.***

Question is A.) bad cable? B.) Hinge issue? C.) Has been dropped and needs to be disassembled and reassembled to relieve stress? D.) none of the above, your best guess is____________?

What I would first try is disassembling your MacBook, checking all connections, and reassembling it if you feel comfortable doing that. I feel like there is a problem with a connection that could be alleviated if you try that. Let me know if that fixes your problem, or if the problem still persists!
