Spilled water on Acer Aspire 7560 keyboard, screen doesnt come on

I spilled water on my laptop keyboard. I wiped the water off and turned it upside down. I let it dry for a few days, and i tried to turn it on. It seems like when i press the power button the laptop starts up but the screen doesnt come on. The fan comes on and everything, but the screen. Does anyone no what this means and how i can fix this? If you need more info about something just ask. I appreciate the help.

Btw, im not sure how to open up my laptop and get in there to dry stuff if anythings wet. Ive taken the bottom panel off where i can take out the hardrive and ram sticks, but in order to go further id have to take the keyboard of and i dont understand how to do that. if anyone could help explain how to take the keyboard off and/or link a video that might help id be thankful.
