im in need of help again

Under settings on my iphone 5s with another logic board installed and everthing working apart from out going calls and incoming but i can facetime and imessage but i found this under settings privacy then st the botton diagnostics & usage and this is what i found in pics its conputer lingo and i dont understand as also says iphone 6 in which i dont get aint they different size i dont know but bare with me i will put pics on and there is loads more above but just took a pic ov the top of diagnostics thankyou in advance,,,coco
