iPhone 4S got wet in water- vinegar

My iphone 4S got some water-vinegar mixcure througt charging port (it stayed in there for few minutes). Is it gonna work if I replace battery? It is dry but still not working :(

Don't try to turn it on, get some IPA 93%+ and soak the whole board in it and clean connections and leave it to dry for 24 hours

Don't bother trying to turn it on

To do it properly you should de-solder EMI shields but i don't think you will need to in this case.

Was the logic board actually wet or just the port?

I didn't have a chance to open the phone right away I opened it 3hours later and only the port was wet. Oh, and I vacuumed it through the port for a little bit before I opened it (as suggested by some people). The ipa is the next thing...if I can find it
