Person whom I want to send pictures,has no email,no Skype,no Facebook. I do not know
what type this mobile is. How can I send pictures from my laptop to UK mobile number?

this is the best way:both parties first must open a Google account,this only takes 5 mins,next the party that wants to send the photograph first must log onto their Google account and save the photograph that they wish to send on Google or Picassa pictures then from here you have 2 choices you can either send your chosen image from your Google pictures to their Google pictures? or if the Recipitent doesnt have a google account?or cant access the Internet from their phone? you can send the photo from your Google pictures directly to their phone via MMS the criteria for this at its most basic is:your phone has internet access and the recipitents phone can accept MMS.okj

Can you speak to the person in UK and ask what brand and model their phone is ?

SMSala used to offer this as a free service via @smsala and perhaps it still does. (I believe both Vodafone and O2 have dropped similar services.) You can test it by sending yourself an SMS. https://smsala.com
