Why does my computer shuts down, hangs, restarts, does not start?

My computer does not start at all, it does after switching on and off a few times, when it does, shuts down when working or hangs when working or restarts when working or shows colorful patterns and hangs.

kindly check in bios also if same issue persist in bios this is hardware issue
