Grey Rectangle in center of screen

After replacing my iPhone screen, i noticed that i was getting this grey rectangle in the center of my screen when ever i was in the music app and then decided to switch through different apps.

Does anyone know whats causing this?

That looks more like a LCD error. Of course you always want to make sure that all connections are properly seated. If that does not fix it , you can either replace the display or just learn to accept it since it is only really visible in your music app.

I don't see exactly what you're talking about in the picture but it sounds like the lcd connector might not be seated correctly. You don't have to completely disassemble the phone again but take that metal shield off from over the lcd and digitizer connectors and disconnect and reconnect them and see if that fixes your problem. Make sure there is no debris in that connector.
