Can I replace slot on motherboard (this one for flex cable)?

Hi Guys i got the problem like the a big part of Nexus 5 users with flex cable microphone, charging and nonnection LCD with screen. But lets start from begiining

First of all the problems with microphone started it means work only with loudspeaker turned.

Then my phone gets black and does not send signal from motherboard to LCD.

So i changed flex cable (http://www.etradesupply.com/lg-nexus-5-d...) and still get sometimes black screen and not working microphone unleess i push tight slot for flex cable on MB. The youtube fix works (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Af5DvIZw...) not perfectly still some problems.

So my question is how to fix that by sweeping MB or maybe replaycing housing (http://www.etradesupply.com/lg-nexus-5-d...) could help?
