Custom OS Download oder nicht?

Hallo,

ich bekomme beim Einschalten die Warnung:

"A custom OS can cause crititcal problems in phone and installend applications. If you want to daownload a custom OS press the volume up key. Ohterwise, press the volume down key to cancel."

Wer kann mir helfen ? Was ist zu tun? Was ist passiert?
