anything special weehn you connect it to a computer?

does itunes show you anything special or does the iphone connect normal?

try to hard reset it: press and hold the sleep and the hoe button at the same time until the phone restarts - since you aren't able to see anything on the screen - you have to hold the buttons for at least 10 seconds

Right! The LCD is not plug-and-play compatible. Your need to restart the phone after connecting the LCD. Hold HOME+SLEEP Button till it restarts.
