Where can I find one?

I've lost a favorite handy little tool and no store I've checked seems to carry anything like it.

At first glance it looks like a thin hypodermic needle inside a metal shaft. Push the plunger and out the other end comes three stiff wires bent inward so you can use them to grasp tiny parts like small screws.

Not being very nimble-fingered I used it to start very small screws into their holes before applying a screwdriver to finish the job. It was also good for picking up small parts that fell into spaces too cramped for adult fingers.

Any ideas where I can find one?
