Would it be possible to buy an old iPhone 4s and an old iPhone 3gs, tear them both down completely and put the guts of the iPhone 4s into the shell of the 3gs? The iPhone 3gs is just about the same size as the iPhone 4s, with the 3gs being a little bit thicker. it would seem to me that this project should work, has anyone done this? What are your thoughts?

Options

carl deeds, connectors, buttons and everything else have a totally different layout and position in relation to the case. Nothing would line up or fit. This is a no go situation.
