Low designed capacity and no low battery warning

I'm having an issue, after receiving the replacement battery I installed it in my MacBook Pro 13-inch (Mid 2012). Performed a reset of the SCM and PRAM, then allowed it to charge.

I notice that around 41% the MacBook Pro would shutdown. So I performed another reset of the PRAM and SCM. Then went through the process of recalibrating the battery. I read on your forum where a member recommended using coconut battery to help diagnose the issue. I had a look at the battery status while charging this morning and noticed that the design capacity was at 57.2%. Could you advise me on how I may fix this issue?

It appears you got a used battery as you already have 13 cycles. I would return the battery.

That would not be good as it came from iFixit themselves. I sent them an email regarding the issue I'm having. Let's see what they say about it.
